Vietnam and Meta: Unlocking High-Tech Potential for a Thriving Digital Future At the Vietnam Investment Forum in Singapore, Vietnam and Meta reaffirmed their commitment to strategic cooperation in high technology and innovation. From the ViGen open data initiative to the manufacturing of virtual reality devices, Vietnam is steadily positioning itself as an emerging technology hub in Southeast Asia.

At the Vietnam Global Innovation Forum 2025 (VGIC 2025) held in Singapore, three outstanding representatives of Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem—Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, Ms. Mandy Nguyen, and Mr. Tran Quang Duc—were honored among the Top 100 Global Innovators. This recognition not only celebrates their individual achievements but also serves as a powerful source of inspiration for Vietnam’s startup and innovation community as it continues to expand its presence on the global stage.

The training session “Corporate Culture – A Foundation for Attracting Investment” enabled 52 enterprises participating in the Co4Growth Program to gain a deeper understanding of how to build trust with investors, employees, and customers by truly living their core values. Led by Ms. Hoang Thi Kieu Huyen (SVF), the program went beyond theory to unlock foundational thinking—emphasizing that corporate culture originates from a genuine love for one’s work and an authentic organizational identity. This session served as an important stepping stone, empowering businesses to pursue sustainable growth and approach fundraising with greater confidence.

The training “Strong Financial Management – Financial Planning for Successful Fundraising” provided practical insights on business valuation, capital analysis, cash flow management, and fundraising planning. Guided by seasoned finance and audit experts, the program helped SME and startup CEOs tackle real-world financial challenges, enhance negotiation skills, strengthen internal governance, and make strategic financial decisions—preparing them confidently for their next fundraising round.

EvoLead Innovator 2, with the theme “I Am Human – Seeing the Truth”, was not just a journey to enhance leadership skills but also a profound process of connecting with oneself. From inner coaching to hands-on experiences at Meta and Google Singapore, young leaders explored the truth, cultivated empathy, and rediscovered their authentic selves to lead with humanity and drive sustainable transformation.
