The “Women Collaborate – Shaping the Future” program is designed to support young female entrepreneurs (ages 18–35) in Vietnam in overcoming post-COVID-19 challenges and developing sustainable businesses. Key issues addressed include:

·        Post-pandemic difficulties: Women-led businesses faced significant setbacks, including reduced revenue, limited access to finance, low digital adoption, increased family burdens, and business closures.

·        Social bias: Traditional lending institutions often perceive women-led businesses as high-risk, creating barriers to capital access.

·        Talent retention: Recruiting and retaining skilled employees remains a major challenge, especially amid rising demand for digital skills.

·        “Copycat culture”: Replicating business ideas makes it harder for women entrepreneurs to establish competitive advantages.

·        Skills gaps: Many women entrepreneurs lack essential skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and financial management to operate in the digital era.

·        Low formal training: The proportion of women employees with formal qualifications and certifications remains low.
