The Đàn Sếu Khởi nghiệp Đất Sen Hồng 2024 Incubation Program is implemented with the goal of supporting and elevating startups, innovative enterprises, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) — especially projects that sustainably leverage Vietnam’s local resources.

In 2024, the program is structured around five core competency pillars essential for startups: strategic foundation – leadership development – operational optimization – competitive advantage – networking and collaboration expansion. Through a combination of onsite and online training, in-depth thematic workshops, and 1:1 mentoring, founders are equipped with strategic thinking, financial management skills, emotional intelligence, effective business model design, and brand development with optimized budgets.

Notably, this year’s incubation emphasizes the principle of “local roots – global vision,” helping enterprises define their identity while confidently integrating into regional and international value chains. Networking and exchange activities are integrated throughout, fostering a highly collaborative community of businesses prepared for long-term growth.
