As part of efforts to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the Mekong Delta, the product development–stage startup support program was implemented with a focus on helping local projects test and refine products and services aligned with market demand, while gradually transforming into high-potential innovative enterprises.

Beyond providing technical and professional support, the program also serves as a networking platform, enabling local startups to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from pioneering models within the region. This is considered a crucial preparatory step for projects to more effectively access support resources, thereby reinforcing internal capabilities and improving their ability to operate independently in the market.

In addition, the program reflects a long-term vision to strengthen the role of the Mekong Innovation Hub as a center for incubation and the dissemination of innovative entrepreneurial spirit throughout the Mekong Delta, contributing to a dynamic, integrated, and sustainable local startup ecosystem.
