TPO – The closing ceremony and award presentation for the Final Round of the National STEM, AI, and Robotics Championship 2025–2026 took place on the afternoon of May 10 in Hanoi. The Organizing Committee awarded 5 First Prizes, 5 Second Prizes, 10 Third Prizes, 15 Consolation Prizes, along with many other awards to the most outstanding teams.
Nurturing the flame of passion for science and technology
In his closing remarks, journalist Phùng Công Sưởng, Editor-in-Chief of Tiền Phong Newspaper and Head of the Organizing Committee, described his emotions while watching the contestants compete as “absolutely amazing, explosive, and proud.”
After a full day of competition from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, nearly 3,000 contestants competed enthusiastically. What remained was not only the results of the challenges but also a vivid display of creativity, passion for science, and the aspiration to conquer technology among Vietnam’s young generation.
“On the field, contestants demonstrated confidence, resilience, and teamwork in every challenge. There were moments of exhilaration when tasks were completed, and moments of regret when results did not meet expectations. But beyond winning or losing, the most meaningful outcome of the competition is the spirit of daring to take on challenges, daring to innovate, and being ready to push beyond personal limits,” Mr. Sưởng said.
He affirmed that in this year’s Final Round, the theme “Energy for the Future” was expressed beautifully and inspiringly by contestants from 29 provinces and cities nationwide.
That energy was reflected not only in wind power and solar power models, intelligent robots, and creative technological solutions, but also in the passionate eyes of students, the dedication of teachers, the quiet support of parents, and the responsibility of scientists, experts, referees, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the competition’s success.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Sưởng congratulated the teams for their outstanding achievements and emphasized that every student present deserved recognition and pride for stepping into a competition that demands thinking skills, perseverance, courage, creativity, and wholehearted effort in the journey to conquer knowledge and technology.
Today’s awards recognize the teams’ efforts and creativity. Yet what is even more valuable is the experience, friendships, personal growth, and inspiration that the National STEM, AI, and Robotics Championship brings for future learning, research, and innovation.
“After this competition, the flame of passion for science and technology will continue to be nurtured within each student. From playgrounds like this, more engineers, scientists, inventors, and digital citizens will emerge to contribute to the nation in the new era,” he added.
The Organizing Committee believes that from this platform, the movement to study STEM, AI, and Robotics among students nationwide will spread even more strongly, giving more students access to science and technology, inspiring creativity, and empowering them to confidently pursue their ideas.
Awards and recognition
