“Thank you for such an insightful and enriching session” — reflections from enterprises following the training on “Corporate Culture – A Foundation for Attracting Investment.”

Addressing the critical question of how to build trust with investors, retain top talent, and foster long-term customer loyalty, the training session “Corporate Culture – A Foundation for Attracting Investment” was held on the evening of May 5, 2025. The program was thoughtfully designed and tailored to respond directly to the real challenges and concerns raised by 52 enterprises in Cohort 1 of the program.

Under the guidance of Ms. Hoang Thi Kieu Huyen—CEO of TransformedU and a Training and Coaching Expert at Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF)—participating enterprises were equipped with practical insights on how to effectively nurture and sustain corporate culture. More importantly, the session helped unlock a foundational mindset: that culture begins with a genuine love for one’s work and the true values at the heart of the business.

Rather than merely producing a set of written Vision – Mission – Core Values, the training enabled businesses to truly feel, live, and express their core values naturally through everyday operations. This authentic integration of culture into value-creating activities was highlighted as a key driver of sustainable growth. It is also the vital element that allows real values and real stories to resonate with customers and investors alike—while strengthening employee engagement. In a fast-changing market, a strong and authentic corporate identity naturally stands out and leaves a lasting impact.
